We specialize in Expense Reduction Analysis for small to mid-sized businesses. We analyze categories where you are not confident you are receiving the best value for your dollar, suggest areas you may
want to consider, and make recommendations for saving money. We then
negotiate with current suppliers and/or suggest new vendors, handle RFP
processes if bidding is necessary, and manage the expenses on an
ongoing basis.
Best of all, we work on a strictly contingency basis. That’s right, if
we don’t find any savings, you pay zero. Our fee is based on a
percentage of the savings we achieve over the agreed upon term
